• All product descriptions, images and specifications are provided for informational purposes. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is error-free.
• Prices are listed in the currency displayed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
• All prices exclude shipping costs, taxes and duties unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is priced incorrectly, we will notify you and offer the option to confirm at the corrected price or cancel the order.

1. Order Submission: Placing a product in your cart and submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
2. Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an automated email confirming receipt. This is not an acceptance of your order.
3. Contract Acceptance: A binding contract is formed only when we send you a second email confirming that your order has been shipped (Order Dispatch Confirmation).
4. Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time before dispatch due to stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

• Full payment is required at the time of order placement.
• We accept payments via PayPal and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.
• Payment processing is handled securely by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card details.
• All transactions are processed in the currency selected during checkout.

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours on business days, subject to stock availability.
• Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions or carrier disruptions.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions and destination. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect packages upon receipt and report any damage to the carrier immediately.

• Return Window: You may return most unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• Condition: Products must be returned in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as carburetors, ignition coils and electrical components may be excluded from returns due to health and safety regulations.
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for resolution.

• All products sold by TATU Technologies Ltd. are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period specified by the respective brand.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, modification or lack of maintenance.
• Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase. We will assess the claim and, if approved, replace or repair the defective part at our discretion.
• Labor costs for installation or removal of parts are not covered under warranty.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, graphics and software, is the property of TATU Technologies Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or republish any content from our website without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of equipment use or downtime.
• Products are intended for use by qualified professionals. We assume no liability for injury, damage or loss resulting from improper installation or use of our products.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.

For EU customers, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website and services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms & Conditions or is harmful to other users, us or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use our website will immediately cease. Provisions relating to payment, warranty, liability limitation and governing law shall survive termination.
