At TATU Technologies Ltd., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, this Returns & Refunds Policy outlines your options and our procedures. By placing an order on https://www.tatuparts.com, you agree to the terms described below.

You may return most unused products within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• The product is in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition
• All accessories, manuals and included components are returned intact
• The product has not been installed, modified or tampered with
• A proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided

The following items cannot be returned:

• Electrical components (ignition coils, CDI modules, wiring harnesses) due to safety and reliability concerns
• Carburetors and fuel system parts that have been exposed to fuel
• Cutting attachments (chains, blades, trimmer line) that have been used
• Special order or custom-made items
• Products returned outside the 30-day window
• Items showing signs of use, installation or damage caused by the buyer

1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the item to the address provided in our RMA confirmation email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-14 business days.

• Refund Amount: You will be refunded the full purchase price of the product minus any original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
• Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (for example, items returned in non-resalable condition or missing components). You will be notified of any deductions before the refund is finalized.

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
• If the correct item is in stock, we will dispatch a replacement immediately. If not, a full refund will be issued.

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, model or variant, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the desired item.
• Exchanges for the same item due to defects will be processed directly — no need to place a new order.
• Price differences between exchanged items will be charged or refunded accordingly.
