For larger parcels we use the services of the parcel service via UPS /DHL/Fedex/EMS/S.F international
Express , you will receive tracking and trace data from this as soon as the package is shipped. For
smaller packages we use the serices via registered e-Package/standard shipping, you will  get one
tracking data, these packages are generally left in the letterbox.
Now,  We only ship within the European Union,US,CA,MX but not yet to all countries. 
 The costs and
options are always made visible in advance in the shopping cart.
